Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "339bd" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at https://339bd.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 339bd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the 339bd platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 339bd Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any non-cash promotional value awarded to a Player's Account by 339bd, subject to wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which 339bd accounts are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 339bd platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 339bd.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 339bd platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

339bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, 339bd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

The 339bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for a person under the applicable minimum age to gamble. 339bd takes its age-verification obligations seriously and will act decisively where underage access is suspected.

3.2 Age Verification Process

339bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by 339bd, the Account will be suspended and any Balance held may be withheld pending completion of verification.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The 339bd platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 339bd complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 339bd makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in any location outside Bangladesh.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 339bd Services, Players must register and maintain a valid Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is entitled to maintain only one 339bd Account. The registration of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 339bd reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit any Balance held therein.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 339bd Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 339bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 339bd support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

339bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by 339bd will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

339bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current payment options are always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on the 339bd platform is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 339bd reserves the right to apply individual account limits where required for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 banking days for bank transfer channels.

5.4 Currency

All 339bd Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 339bd does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Fraud Prevention

339bd employs automated fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal that triggers a fraud alert may be delayed pending manual review. 339bd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives offered by 339bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion page. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion do not count toward the wagering requirement for that promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

339bd reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploitation of system errors or technical faults to generate illegitimate bonus credits; placing bets that contravene the spirit of a promotion; or colluding with other players to accumulate promotional value.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Credits that are not used within their designated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of any bonuses active on their Account.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 339bd platform are subject to acceptance by 339bd. 339bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, collusion, or the exploitation of errors in odds or game mechanics. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the 339bd system.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or clearly erroneous odds publication, 339bd reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error, regardless of whether they have already been settled. 339bd will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and, where applicable, refund the original stake to the Account Balance.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 339bd in circumstances including: event cancellation; abandonment of a match or sporting event; insufficient market participants; or any other circumstances in which the integrity of the bet cannot be determined. Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance in full.

7.4 Maximum Payout

339bd applies maximum payout limits on a per-game and per-market basis. These limits are published within the relevant game or betting market interface. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout for a given bet or session will be capped at the stated limit, and the excess will not be credited to the Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities while using the 339bd platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in relation to any event offered for betting on 339bd.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing, withdrawing, or transacting funds through the platform in a manner intended to facilitate money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or other technical flaws to generate winnings that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 339bd staff, customer support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, suspension, or self-exclusion measure applied by 339bd at the Player's own request or at 339bd's direction.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 339bd platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, video streams, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 339bd or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 339bd content without prior written authorisation.

Game titles, game mechanics, and associated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Spribe and other licensed providers. Any rights not expressly granted to Players under these Terms are reserved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 339bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage resulting from access to or use of the 339bd platform.

339bd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

339bd does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment gateway outages, and force majeure events may all affect platform availability, and 339bd accepts no liability for losses arising from such events.

12. Privacy & Data

339bd collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Player data is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and — where the Player has opted in — marketing communications. 339bd does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

13. Amendments to These Terms

339bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 339bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players. Continued use of the 339bd platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players agree that any dispute with 339bd shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in the introduction to these Terms before any external recourse is sought.
